Of course! Please visit Special Order in the Flower Shop. Choose from our collection and whether you prefer it to be a hand tied bouquet or vase arrangement. Or simply contact us to discuss your specific request. Please allow 48 hours in advance for all Special Orders so that we can ensure the freshest blooms for you or your recipient.
This is what we call a One Time Posy. Because each Posy of the Week is unique, we can’t tell you exactly what your bouquet will look like if you order in advance. But rest assured it will always be fresh, seasonal and purposely designed in our exquisite signature style.
We deliver throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Your delivery charge will be determined at checkout according to your postal code. We offer free delivery within the local delivery zone.
We take the utmost care in sourcing the freshest flowers available. To ensure your flowers remain beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend the following tips:
- Unless you have ordered a vase arrangement, our Posy’s come hand tied and are packed in a small water source to keep them hydrated for a short time. Please keep your flowers upright to prevent spills until you are ready to unwrap them. Prepare a nice clean vase with tepid water to place your bouquet in.
- Refresh the vase water every two or three days and trim the stems making sure to place them quickly back in the water. Keep fresh flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents. The life span can vary greatly depending on the variety of the flower, so go ahead and remove any spent flowers as they fade to let your remaining flowers shine.
Because we’re working with seasonal flowers as often as possible, we won’t promise something we can’t always deliver on. It is our preference to offer you a really unique floral experience each week. We only purchase the highest quality and most unique blooms, so you’ll only ever get our best.
We recommend making a Special Order if you wish to choose a customized colour palette, size or style.
We source our flowers from local farmers within the GTA and Niagara whenever possible. We also import from ethical companies abroad because hey, the Dutch do flowers right!
Yes, you are able to manage your delivery schedule for the upcoming 4 weeks. Easily skip a delivery if you don’t want flowers that week. The number of deliveries will remain the same, but only delayed until the next week or your choosing. Please visit the ‘My Account’ page to manage your subscription.
You will be charged up front for your 4 Posy’s and 4 delivery fees (if applicable) at the time of purchase. Once you have received all 4 deliveries, you will be charged for each reoccurring delivery the Sunday before the Thursday delivery. Orders are locked in at 11pm EST on Saturday night for the following Thursday’s delivery. Please make sure to login on Saturday and pause any delivery before orders are locked in.
We don’t want to see you go, however, we will make it easy. Once you have received your minimum number of posy deliveries, you are welcome to cancel your subscription if you have signed up for more than 4 deliveries. You may put your subscription on hold at any time, including the first month. Simply log into your account to manage your subscription.
